Download Microsoft Office 2013 (365 ProPlus) Preview

Get it here (official Microsoft Office 2013 full Download).

At the bottom of the page is the full download file (Office 2013).  Pay close attention to the note just above the download.  Does not support side by side operation with older versions of Office.  You will need to uninstall existing versions of Office.

As an alternative you can download/install the side by side version (Office 365 ProPlus) that will allow you to also have other versions of Office installed by clicking the “GET STARTED NOW” link.

Also how much is the download size as I have limited download size per month. When it says “Office is installing in the background”.

The full Office 2013 install is 640MB. Not sure about the Office 365.

You can install Office 2013 side-by-side with Office 2010.

The full version of Office 2013? The reason why I ask is at the footnote of the download page it says you can’t. But you can install the Office 365 side-by-side with 2010. If you can, thanks for the heads up. I am full blown W8/Office2013 on my work laptop. Loving it…

        Hi Cameron,

Yes, the full Office suite (as well as Project 2013 and Visio 2013) can be installed side-by-side with any version of Office 2003 or later.

A MS rep confirmed on the Preview forums here: http://community.office365.com/en-us/preview/forums/712/t/60911.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0

Office 365 does not install locally (with the exception of the Lync client). Office 365 consists of the cloud based pieces such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and the Office Web Apps.
